The dinner menu includes a starter of velouté of pumpkin, squash and butternut from the gardens of Père Lorrain with heavy cream from the Laiterie d'Elvange and a slice of grilled dry bacon, followed by a terrine of oxtail and beef cheek with vegetable pot au feu jelly and a salad of beet and chicory from Les Jardins Vitrés. Red onion, bay leaf and honey vinegar. Main course: the famous spit-roasted piglet from Elevage Urbanzac in Diesen, jus reduced with Moselle Pinot Noir and seasoned with mustard seed. Gratin of pâtisson and potato with Tomme de Lorraine cheese. Cheese: Carré Frais and Carré de l'Est fromagerie de Courcelles. For dessert, parfait glacé with Mirabelle plum brandy and a glass of Schnapps! Drinks include a Reine dorée house aperitif or kir royal with crème de cassis, one glass of AOC white wine per person selected by the sommelier, one glass of AOC red wine per person selected by the sommelier, ½ glass of still or sparkling mineral water per person, one pure Arabica coffee and its mignardise per person.
The overnight stay for 2 people is in a Luxe Standard room with breakfast included.
