The General Management directs the activities of Moselle Attractivité in close collaboration with the Chairman of the Agency. It ensures the smooth running of the association's decision-making bodies (Bureau, Board of Directors and General Assembly) and manages the agency's support functions (administration, finance, human resources).
Throughout the year, the department carries out in-depth work throughout the region to achieve this goal. It relies on a growing network of ambassadors to increase the brand’s influence, as well as the Qualité MOSL label to showcase local production and short supply chains.
The department also develops partnerships, showcases the brand at a range of major events throughout the region, uses social media to discover new talents and creates a collaborative dynamic by working with industries and EPCIs (Public inter-municipal cooperation establishments).

The main objective of the “Regional promotion and marketing” team is to enhance the profile of the MOSL brand.

Moselle is a destination for business. It offers the ideal place to set up a business, develop and gain a foothold throughout the region.
This service, which works in partnership with the wider Grand Est region aims, first and foremost, to strengthen this aspect. To do so, it harnesses the department’s assets (border location, industrial estates, commercial property, etc.), while promoting Moselle’s key industries (from digital to transport and logistics).
With an online presence focused on attracting investment, the department attends international trade fairs in order to meet businesses of all sizes directly, delivering a clear message: “Come to Moselle to launch, innovate and succeed without limits.”
The Moselle Agency supports stakeholders in the region’s tourism industry. It helps increase professionalism in the sector, provides a classification system and ensures coordination.
In order to attract more visitors and tourists, the department focuses on enhancing the region’s profile. It takes the helm in promoting key annual events, from Christmas in Moselle to the Bêtes et Sorcières (Beasts and Witches) Halloween event, helping market tourist products and design large-scale promotional campaigns.
It has one key objective: to make MOSL an unmissable destination.
