THE GOURMET VILLAGE
Moselle, the epicenter of gastronomy on March 29 & 30, 2025
For the MICHELIN Guide France 2025 Ceremony in Moselle, the Village gourmand transforms the esplanade in Metz into an ephemeral culinary laboratory. For two days, 53 local restaurateurs and patissiers will be showcasing the best of Moselle's terroir. A gourmet experience to discover the local culinary heritage and the talent of our restaurateurs and artisans.

A concept rooted in the region
With 25 stands and 4 food trucks, the Village gourmand embodies local culinary diversity
Each creation highlights original collaborations between producers and chefs (for the most part MOSL quality), such as the duck pate from La Grange aux Ormes (Marly), combining meat from Auberge de la Klauss and white wine from Château de Vaux. The event promotes short circuits, with dishes such as carbonnade flamande revisited by BaB (Metz), where Moselle brown ale and local beef come together in a caramelized sauce.
A central bar lets you discover 100% Moselle fruit juices, wines, beers and coffees! Moselle is also a cross-border region, and a foodtruck from Luxembourg will be on hand to introduce you to their typical sweet and savoury specialities!

The 11th Fête des Vins de Moselle: a not-to-be-missed event
As part of the Village Gourmand, the 11ᵉ edition of the Moselle Wine Festival will feature commented tastings of local vintages, from over 30 winegrowers! For the full program, visit our dedicated page.
