THE GOURMET VILLAGE
30,000 thanks for this gourmet weekend in Metz!
Moselle delighted the taste buds with a Gourmet Village featuring 53 craftsmen and chefs, and a Moselle Wine Festival that broke all attendance records. A huge thank you to the 30,000 visitors, producers, chefs, winemakers and volunteers for their passion and energy. Together, we created an unforgettable event! 🍽️🍷❤️

A concept rooted in the region
With 26 stands and 4 food trucks, the Village gourmand embodies local culinary diversity
Each creation highlights original collaborations between producers and chefs (for the most part MOSL quality), such as the duck pate from La Grange aux Ormes (Marly), combining meat from Auberge de la Klauss and white wine from Château de Vaux. The event promotes short circuits, with dishes such as carbonnade flamande revisited by BaB (Metz), where Moselle brown ale and local beef come together in a caramelized sauce.
A central bar lets you discover 100% Moselle fruit juices, wines, beers and coffees! Moselle is also a cross-border region, and a foodtruck from Luxembourg will be on hand to introduce you to their typical sweet and savoury specialities!

The 11th Fête des Vins de Moselle: a not-to-be-missed event
As part of the Village Gourmand, the 11ᵉ edition of the Moselle Wine Festival will feature commented tastings of local vintages, from over 30 winegrowers! For the full program, visit our dedicated page.
ON THE MENU: A MOSAIC OF TALENT
La Grange de Condé (Condé-Northen) cuts its ham on the bone with vegetables from Jardins Vitrés, while Émile & Lola (Metz) serves a “Croq'Mosl” with ham sausage from Ferme de Will and Brebichon cheese. Délices Veggies seduces with a 100% plant-based quiche from Lorraine, combining Mougel shortcrust pastry and organic crudités from Jardins du Val de Moselle. Don't miss La Popote's coq au vin de Vaux, simmered in a local white wine.
Moselle's 6 Michelin-starred restaurants will also be present, in association with Moselle's hotel colleges. Treat yourself!
FOR DESSERT: A FESTIVAL OF DELICACIES
Boulangerie Dudot (Metz) electrifies the taste buds with its Escargots Messins, twelve variations of spiral pastries flavored with mirabelle plum and Dabo honey. Biscuiterie La Bascule (Augny) is offering a peanut and chocolate tartlet and a cornet of mini cookies, some with mirabelle plums, while La Popote reinvents brioche perdue with homemade salted butter caramel. Finally, Fox Coffee offers its signature pastries accompanied by Moselle-roasted coffees.
