This mountain biking route, perfect for family exploration of the South of Metz between Seille and Bois de l'Hôpital, is listed in the Plan Départemental de Promenade et de Randonnée.

It was created with the support of the Département de la Moselle, Moselle Attractivité, the Communauté de Communes du Sud Messin, and various hiking associations.
