Protected by the Plan Départemental des Itinéraires de Promenades et de Randonnées, this network was created in collaboration with the communes of Baerenthal, Philippsbourg, Eguelshardt, and Walschbronn, the Communauté de Communes du Pays de Bitche and its Tourist Office, the Département de la Moselle, Moselle Attractivité, the GAL Leader, the Club Vosgien, the Comité Régional du Tourisme Équestre du Grand Est, the Compagnons Randonneurs, and the Office National des Forêts.
