Marion Dalstein created the Popote gardens in February 2019. A young organic market gardener, she produces 4 tons of vegetables and fruits per year. She mainly chooses old varieties because they are richer in nutritional quality and produces all her seedlings on the farm.
Practical information
Direct purchase from the producer in EBERSVILLER : Fruit, Vegetables, awarded with the Label Organic farming, Qualité MOSL.
Her production is only marketed directly, in the form of baskets, which allows her to harvest her fruit and vegetables at maturity. Her customers are private individuals but also restaurant owners.
