A woman has disappeared. Her husband reports her disappearance to the police. When the village priest tells the husband that he's found his wife, he's stunned: the woman posing as his wife is not his wife. Even more worrying, given their recent marriage, Madame Corban's true identity seems to be unknown to everyone. This Mrs. Corban claims that her husband has amnesia. Is he mad or the victim of a diabolical plot?
