La Grange aux escargots
"Dip it in oil, dip it in water, it will make a hot snail!" We have fun as children picking them up and then prefer to eat them on our plates with a garlic and parsley butter sauce.

Direct purchase from the producer in THIONVILLE : Snails, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
Daniel raises his snails in the open air on his family farm in Elange. His star product? Croquilles, large grey snails in a crunchy biscuit and covered with sauce. And for the aperitif, they can be enjoyed with Saint-Agur or foie gras. Enough to make us salivate even more!
