Practical information

Museum in NEUFCHEF, on the theme(s) Industrial & technological heritage, awarded with the Label Musée de France museum.

The museum has a collection of more than 250 miners' lamps that is unique in France. Three exhibition rooms will plunge you into the life of the miner when he left the mine, with the reconstruction of a café and the kitchen. Models and documents will give you the opportunity to learn more about the industrial history of the Val de Fensch. Audio guides are available in German, English, Dutch and Italian. Lunch facilities are available at the museum.
