Created in 1984 to build up and disseminate a world-class collection, the Frac Lorraine has opened its doors to the widest possible public since moving into the historic heart of Metz: the former Saint-Livier town house, now restored in a spirit of dialogue between past and present, heritage and creation, is one of the city's oldest buildings.
