In the south of Moselle, the Domaine Dietrich-Girardot extends over five hectares, on the slopes of hillsides that face due south. From Auxerrois, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Gamay, Véronique and Denis produce 33,000 bottles each year of white, rosé and red. Their wines often receive distinctions, especially “Réserve Saint-Christophe”, a wine with powerful flavours, “Perles des Evêques“ blanc de blanc white wine, and “Vicoise”, a rosé produced using the traditional method.
