To discover: the "Gryphées" and "Septentrion" cuvées, great whites, made from typical Moselle grape varieties but with very different maturations. Also to be discovered are their Pylae blanc (pinot gris) and Pylae rouge (pinot noir) aged in barrels made from wood from the neighbouring forest in Lessy.
