The common thread running through my creations is ecology. My aim is to recycle objects and materials to generate as little waste as possible.
Practical information
Artisan in NIEDERSTINZEL, on the theme(s) Industrial & technological heritage : Jewellery, Sculpture.
In 2018, I taught myself the papier-mâché technique. I give life to a bestiary, ranging from hedgehogs to mouflons, all in a phantasmagorical, sometimes surrealist spirit. My exploration also extends to a purely dreamlike world of plants, with mushrooms and other creatures in a style halfway between a cabinet of curiosities and a fairy tale.
Always committed to an ecological approach, it was in 2019 that I tackled the mosaic of crockery, commonly known as 'pique-assiette'. I set up a partnership with my nearest Emmaüs centre to give a new life to unsold crockery, which is sometimes considered unsaleable.
