Direct purchase from the producer in MARANGE ZONDRANGE : Salt meats, awarded with the Label Bienvenue à la Ferme, Qualité MOSL.
Beef (Charolais and Limousin) and pork in 25 kg boxes and retail sale of charcuterie (dry sausage, cooking sausage, roasting sausage, black pudding, grilled meat, pâtés, head cheese, smoked hams). Cutting and processing (sausage making, smoking) are carried out on site.
