Direct purchase from the producer in ORMERSVILLER : Cider / Fruit juice, Jam, Fruit, Vegetables, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
But what is this speciality: the Quetscheschläggel? It's a difficult name to pronounce, but it's a unique taste that comes from the marmalade of quetsches simmered slowly for a whole day. In season, the farm also sells potatoes, onions and other vegetables.
