Originally, there were macaroons. The company was to specialize solely in the production of macaroons. So it's only natural that today it offers more than twenty flavors created using Julien Mistler's technical know-how.

The company has diversified, and its chocolate bonbons are also well-known products in Moselle. With 32 varieties to choose from, the Julien M brand was awarded the Tablette d'or at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. Last but not least, Coal Lorrain, a product made from hazelnuts, chocolate and crêpe dentelle, pays tribute to the mining region, and is also a great success.
