The Galibot Brewery is the result of the merger of two small regional breweries, the Tom & Charly Brewery in the Bitche area and the Schoenecker Brau Brewery in Schoeneck. With our experience and complementarities, we have brought our structures together to become one and thus create a new microbrewery of scale in East Moselle.
