Located in an area long marked by iron mining, we want our festival to be above all popular, while emphasizing the quality of the choirs. Long affected by the working-class immigration from which most of the members of our association come, we also want it to be international. The choirs we've been delighted to welcome since 2014 are a perfect reflection of this dual commitment. Finally, we want it to be warm and friendly. Everything is done to ensure that everyone has a good weekend. And from the outset, the Mines en Choeurs festival has always been particularly appreciated by the participants, many of whom we have been able to meet up with in their own countries.
