Formed in 2010 by Tcho and drummer Beb, Dad was a bad mother quickly integrated Fidel on vocals, MéMé on guitar, and PéPé on bass.
Initially focusing on covers, the band began performing on local stages between Thionville, Metz and Nancy in 2013.
In 2015, after the departure of the drummer, MéMé switched to drums and the band began composing their own blues- and grunge-influenced songs.
In 2018, they released their first EP and played a series of concerts in Lorraine, including acoustic set-ups. Their music, intense and rough, is an exploration of raw and powerful emotions.
