Caroline Ernst launched her craft brewery in 2013 with the help of her husband Jean-Marc. The brewery now offers a wide range of beers, including seasonal beers such as the Morello cherry lager from Montmorency. It is with the greatest joy that they will make you discover the different stages of the making of a craft beer. Don't hesitate to give them a call to make an appointment for a visit to the brewery!
